Nutritional and lifestyle profile form for Evergreen Room members

Dublin Core

Title Nutritional and lifestyle profile form for Evergreen Room members
Description During the 1980s, the idea of "spa cuisine" emerged: low-calorie, nutritionally balanced meals designed by a chef to look expensive and taste delicious. At the Evergreen, a restaurant for members of the Rockefeller Center Luncheon Club, the staff kept a record of each guest's dietary goals—for instance, to lower cholesterol and avoid sodium. When that guest showed up for lunch, the chef arranged a suitable meal from the day's menu items, complete with printed nutritional data.
