The Four Seasons menu

Dublin Core

Title The Four Seasons menu
Description From the moment it opened on East 52nd Street in the sleek new Seagram Building, the Four Seasons was widely acclaimed for its food. Craig Claiborne, restaurant critic for The New York Times, loved the liberal use of fresh herbs and the beef stroganoff prepared at tableside but was shocked by the salads: "Why does such a restaurant, so dedicated to seasonal themes, permit iceberg lettuce on the premises?"
