Cage's Reimbursement Receipts

Cage submitted a request, likely unsolicited, to The League of Composers to be reimbursed for costs incurred while composing "Sonatas & Interludes." Included here is the cover sheet from one of his expense reports; one receipt, from a hardware store, is for five large bolts, costing 95 cents.
